Sunset, in partnership with Modern Home Tours, will host its first-ever home and garden tour on August 16, giving LA design lovers more ways to experience the best in modern interior and garden design. The Sunset LA Beach Cities Home & Garden Tour will be located throughout the coastal neighborhoods of Los Angeles, including stops in Manhattan Beach and Venice. This one-of-a-kind tour includes visits to the Sunset 2014 LA Idea House, and five distinctive properties selected by Modern Home Tours and Sunset’s home and garden experts.
The five homes located on the tour showcase the best of modern home design in LA and embrace the California coastal lifestyle. Each home showcased has its own distinctive features, all of which take advantage of the mild climate that Southern California has to offer.

The 4,500-square-foot, 4-bedroom/5.5-bathroom home was designed by DISC Interiors as the ultimate modern beach house, exemplifying the calmness, tranquility, and warmth of the Pacific Ocean and California coastline.
