About a year and a half before each season, the trend forecasters come out with their color predictions so that those in the fashion and home industries can get a jump on their lines. Cobalt, orange, and yellow were a few of the colors that were predicted to be a color trend this season, and judging by what I recently saw at both the brick and mortar stores as well as the online outlets, the manufacturers obviously received the memo and took it to heart, as bright and saturated cobalt, orange and yellow had a strong presence at every turn.

Stopping by Neiman Marcus is always a treat, and last week was no exception. Cobalt, orange, and yellow – it was EVERYWHERE. From the fun and innovative displays to the handbags on the shelves, and the clothing hanging on the racks, bright and saturated color dominated the floor.
